British Meat – Procuction and Traceability

This is a map on approved processing premises in the Meat sector.  Sites are shown by location with company name and a series of symbols which indicate the type of product or activity on the site. On the Meat side the map deals with processors of beef, pigs, sheep, poultry, deer and other animals. A further series of symbols indicate activity type: slaughtering, cutting, packing, storage, etc:. The map has also got lists of producers together with their EU approval number on the map surround.
