Produced originally by La Tene Maps for Carrolls in 1987. This is a hand drawn map by John Coleman with pencil illustrations of fish species found around the Irish coast by Vincent Hyland. This map was sent to all Irish Schools . The sheet is a map of Ireland and surrounding waters. Main fishing ports are shown. Offshore the map features bathymetry, major fishing grounds and the Weatherforecast areas. The map surround shows the fish species available with their names in Irish English and Latin. The map also features some drawings of fishing vessel types and eight small maps on fish species distribution. The reprint is B1 size (700 x 1000mm)
