THE WORLD – OFFSHORE WIND FARM PROJECTS

5th Edition – June 2018

La Tene Maps has just launched the 5th edition of its “World- Offshore Wind Projects Map. This map is the only published map which shows on one sheet the disposition of Offshore Wind Farm Projects around the world. The map is essentially a combination of three maps on offshore wind farm projects that the company publishes on Europe, North America and South East Asia

This new edition shows the distribution of wind projects around the world, by location together with the name of the site, site owner/operator. The color of the symbol indicates the status of the project (consented, under construction or built). All licensed and proposed areas are shown and again color differentiates the status. The sheet has a world map showing areas of offshore wind farms and then inset maps of Europe, North America, and South East Asia. The insets even have insets of busy areas.

The map is AO size (841 x 1189mm) and a version of this map without advertising which can be printed on demand or is available as a pdf file. The datasets behind the map are available to purchase.

Thereafter the map will be available at the Hamburg Wind Conference and Offshore Energy Conferences in September and October respectively.
